Promote Reduced Fuel Consumption and Low-Energy Operation through Thorough Safety Management

In our group, we are introducing an operation management system using GPS and digital tachographs to further enhance the safety and economy of truck operations. The introduction of this system makes it possible to ascertain not only driving speed, but also other elements of operational status, such as acceleration/deceleration, engine idling time. Based on the data obtained we give guidance to drivers regarding how to drive safely and economically while consuming less energy, which makes it possible to improve transportation quality while endeavoring to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
